Samagra kutumba Survey 2014 - Download Form

 
Telangana government plans to take up Comprehensive Samagra kutumba Survey 2014 survey for citizens of Telangana state , scheduled to be conducted on 19th August 2014 . This Intensive Household Survey 2014 is being carried out with an aim to create a proper data base of all citizens of Telangana. All offices , shopping malls , educational institutions , etc were advised to keep them their established off by Telangana government lead by Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao (KCR). Main aim for conducting this survey is to create Bangaru Telangana . ( Meaning : Golden Telangana ).


Also we assume that this data will also be used to provide houses for homeless , jobs for jobless , reservation for economically backward sections of society and making sure the Telangana government benefits reach to rightful beneficiaries.

Cognizant Off Campus Freshers 2013

Cognizant Technology Solutions also known as CTS is conducting off campus recruitment drive for Freshers of the batch 2013 in the city of Hyderabad and other places through AMCAT.


Eligibility criteria for this recruitment drive :

  • 2013 batch of B.E , M.Tech , M.E , B.E and MCA belonging to branches like CSE , IT , CSIT , ECE , EEE , EIE , E & E , Applied Electronics , Computers & Technology , software engineering , automobile engineering , mechanical and other circuit branches.

Reliance : JOB OPENINGS – GRADUATES / POST GRADUATES

Eligibility
Year of Passing for Engineering Graduation – 2006 or 2007. Candidates completing their Graduation in 2008 may also apply.

  1. Minimum 60% aggregate over all eight semesters. Aggregate percentage of six semesters in case of candidates completing Degree Engineering after Diploma. In case of candidates passing out in 2008 and expecting their Final Semester Results, their aggregate percentage upto Seventh Semester will be considered.
  2. Candidates are required to produce original mark sheets/ certificates for verification during Interviews.
  3. Pre-employment Medical Examination – successful clearing of medical examination, carried out as per Company prescribed Medical Standards (will be informed to candidates clearing the Tests and Interviews).

Application & Selection Process
  1. Based on the no. of candidates, short listed candidates will be required to appear for written tests (aptitude and subject test) that will be conducted in 18 centers across the country (Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Mumbai, Nagpur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai , Cochin, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ranchi, Pune, Kolhapur, Tiruvanantpuram)
  2. Candidates clearing the written tests will go through technical interviews at the above centers.
  3. Based on a National Merit List, selected candidates will be sent Appointment Letters. Decision for placement will be based on the selection process and will be at the sole discretion of the company.

Appointment & Compensation
  1. Appointment will be at any of the Reliance Group companies / Manufacturing Sites / Businesses.
  2. Candidates will undergo One Year Training Program. On successful completion of Training, candidates will be absorbed in the 'Manager' Job Family with designation of 'Manager'.
  3. Hostel Accommodation is available at all manufacturing locations at reasonable charges.
  4. Company follows a 'Cost to Company' (CTC) method of payment that offers flexibility to an employee to choose his compensation package based on his taxation and social needs.
  5. The Compensation will have reasonable retention measures built-in.

CTC structure for Graduates (BE / BTech)
  • 1st Year – Rs 3.00 lacs p.a.
  • 2nd Year – Rs 3.75 lacs p.a. +Rs 70,000 (One Time lump sum continuity amount payable upon completion of 2 years) + Performance linked Incentive (PLI) for the second year to be paid as per the Performance Appraisal cycle.
  • 3rd Year – Rs 4.45 lacs p.a.+ PLI as per the Performance Appraisal Cycle.

CTC structure for Post-Graduates (ME / MTech)
  • 1st Year – Rs 3.05 lacs p.a.
  • 2nd Year – Rs 4.10 lacs p.a. + Rs 70,000 (One Time lump sum continuity amount payable upon completion of 2 years) + Performance linked Incentive (PLI) for the second year to be paid as per the Performance Appraisal cycle.
  • 3rd Year – Rs 4.75 lacs p.a.+ PLI as per the Performance Appraisal Cycle.

Most common and the first question which most of the interviewer's of top I.T companies ( MNC's) including the companies in HYDERABAD ask is , " TELL ME SOME THING ABOUT YOURSELF". Well this question is not as simple as it seems to be, its quite tricky and most important its gonna set your first image and that image is gonna last long . Try to give your best ,well I tried to highlight few points which are mandatory while answering this question , which is going to set your image in right direction .

1. Start with your name then qualification right from schooling along with percentages.
2. In the due course of step 1 , make sure you highlight you academic excellence.
3. Then come to your family background.
4. Do not lie or try exaggerate things.
5. keep it short and simple.
6. Do not prolong much on the previous point as the interviewer already must have seen your resume.
7. Try to project some extra circular activities which may generate interest for the interviewer, please avoid cricket ( 95 our of 100 ppl people say about cricket)
8. Show your leadership skills .
9. Look into eyes on the interviewer , make sure you dont stare him , it should be gentle and pleasing .
10. Smile occasionally depending on the situation .
