IPL 3 Winners : Chennai Super Kings

Indian Premier League - IPL 3 after more than a month is finally over and the winners for IPL -3 are Chennai Super Kings by 22 runs . Splendid performance from the entire team proved very vital for Chennai Super Kings win over Mumbai Indians. To be most blamed is the foolishness of Mumbai Indians to keep Pollard away from the strike untill the last three overs. I strongly believe Mumbai Indians lost to due to bad judgement and captaincy from Sachin Tendulkar. Even though Sachin Tendulkar did the unexpected, even after having 5 stitches on his hand went out and played for Mumbai which was well applauded by all the cricket followers.

Before the match splendid performance by shahid , Bipasha basu and A. R Rahman rocked the Mumbai's stadium and laser shows were like icing on the cake. People like Mukesh Ambani , Dino Morea , Rajiv Shukla and many other prominent personalities were seen enjoying the evening. People away from Mumbai when glued to set max channel to watch live match streaming and of course people who didn't have access to tv sets where glued to YOUTUBE to watch the live streaming of the final match online .

Another match which is happening outside the cricket ground is of Lalit Modi , BCCI is very keen on making sure that Lalit Modi no longer leads the IPL governing council. Hopefully next person incharge of IPL is not a single individual but 3-5 members who collectively take a decision and a check can be on the all the members of IPL . IPL - 2 : Cricket updates, Scores , Action , & Entertainment

Indian premier league (IPL) 2 is back , as usual all the people around the world are glued to their television set for live action from south african cities . IPL was shifted from India to south africa as its schedule was coinciding with general elections 2009. As a result people has to be satisfied watching cricket match live on tv rather than visiting the stadiums.

First match of IPL has seen many unexpected winners specially the royal challengers of bangalore defeating rajasthan royals . In other t20 cricket match mumbai indians defeated chennai super kings . Other attraction of IPL cricket matches are the cheer leaders and they dance and cheer for every run or wicket gained by the their team . But the point of discussion is whether these girls are promoting obscenity ?????? Let us know your view (write your comments below).

There are 8 teams participating in this IPL T20 tournament , which are listed below:

1. Kings XI Punjab
2. Rajasthan Royals
3. Delhi Daredevils
4. Mumbai Indians
5. Knight Riders
6. Deccan Chargers - Hyderabad's Team
7. Royal Challengers
8. Chennai Super Kings

All these matches can be watched for live score and updates on Max channel from south africa . Those are not able to view the score of each T20 IPL matches can get the score popular websites like rediff and most of the IT sector companies have blocked such score publishing websites . Well still all sites cant be blocked , so start googling for new wesbites .

IPL has also come game called as Indian fantasy league , where you can select your playing 11 from all the players available for IPL and each time your choosen player scores runs or takes wicket in the real cricket match you will be awarded points and the winner will get rewarded at the end of the season . More over many teams are fighting it out online too having exclusive websites and blogs to promote their respective teams. Team best at promotion and advertising is Kolkatta Knight Riders - KKR , Shahrukh khan being the centre of attraction .

Other league which was started by Zee called as Indian Cricket league - ICL  is the inspiration for Indian Premier league - IPL . Currently talks are being held at ICC for recognising the ICL also , we can hope that in near future we can see a contest between IPL and ICL .

Well the team i m supporting is obviously DECCAN CHARGERS team from Hyderabad which is promoted by a local Hyderabadi newspaper . Even though Deccan chargers could not perform upto the expectations in the last season , a lot is being expected from them in this season . Specially after Adam Gilchrist is made the captian of Deccan Chargers cricket team , all players seems to be pumped up. First match of Deccan chargers is on 19 th april 2009 with Kolkatta Knight Riders starting at 07:30 PM IST .Well those have missed the live action can always watch IPL videos on IPL's website or youtube. HR Questions

Most common and the first question which most of the interviewer's of top I.T companies ( MNC's) including the companies in HYDERABAD ask is , " TELL ME SOME THING ABOUT YOURSELF". Well this question is not as simple as it seems to be, its quite tricky and most important its gonna set your first image and that image is gonna last long . Try to give your best ,well I tried to highlight few points which are mandatory while answering this question , which is going to set your image in right direction .

1. Start with your name then qualification right from schooling along with percentages.
2. In the due course of step 1 , make sure you highlight you academic excellence.
3. Then come to your family background.
4. Do not lie or try exaggerate things.
5. keep it short and simple.
6. Do not prolong much on the previous point as the interviewer already must have seen your resume.
7. Try to project some extra circular activities which may generate interest for the interviewer, please avoid cricket ( 95 our of 100 ppl people say about cricket)
8. Show your leadership skills .
9. Look into eyes on the interviewer , make sure you dont stare him , it should be gentle and pleasing .
10. Smile occasionally depending on the situation .
