Hyderabad's Deccan Chargers owned by Deccan Chronicle newspaper group staged a remarkable fightback to upstage Royal Challengers Bangalore owned by Vijay Mallya by six runs in a nail-biting final and win the second edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2) at Johannesburg on 25th may 2009 , sunday.
