US consulate after much delay finally has started visa issuing services from 4 th March 2009 at Paigah Palace which located at Begumpet locality of Hyderabad , India . Interview appointments for all visas began from 4 th march 2009 according to the local news papers . And it is expected to process around 100 visas per day and gradually increasing to 400 visas per day. Currently these services will be only for the people from Andhra Pradesh.
