Telangana Byelection 2012 Results has been announced in almost all seats . TRS swept in all telangana region seats except Mahbubnagar seat which was won by BJP.

1.Adilabad :
                a.Jogu Ramanna from TRS won by 32,396 votes
                b.Rama Chandra Reddy from Congress in second spot
                c.Payala Shankar from Telugu Desam (TDP) in third spot
2.kamareddy :
                a.Gampa Gpvardhan from TRS won by 44,465 votes
                b.Raji Reddy from Congress in second spot
                c.Venu Gopal from Telugu Desam (TDP) in third spot
3.Kollapur :
                a.Jupalli Krishna Rao from TRS won by 15,013 votes
                b.Vishnu Vardhan Reddy from Congress in second spot
                c.JAGADEESWARA Rao from Telugu Desam(TDP) in third spot
4.Mahabubnagar :
                a.Srinivas from BJP won by 1875 votes
                b.Ibrahim from TRS in secondspot
                c.Prakash from Congress in third spot.
5.NagaKurnool :
                a.Nagam Janardhan - Independent won by 23,269 votes
                b.Damodar Reddy from Congress in second spot
                c.Marri Janardhan from Telugu Desam (TDP) in third spot
6.Station Ghanpur :
                a.T.Rajaiah from TRS won by 32,638 votes
                b.Rajarapu Pratap from Congress in second spot
                c.Kadium Srihari from Telugu Desam (TDP) in third spot
7.Nellore :
                a.Prasanna Kumar Reddy from YSR Congress won by 23,262

Telangana & KCR Agitation Updates - 05/12/2009

Telangana ,Hyderabad, TRS & KCR Updates from Hyderabad are as follows:

  1. KCR shifted to ICU ward of Hyderabad's NIMS hospital.
  2. Thousands students and TRS workers gathered outside NIMS hospital.
  3. Hyderabad's Ameerpet, Panjagutta , Somajiguda and surrounding area shops attacked and closed. Largely damaged shops were RS brothers, Big Bazar, Hyderabad Central and few other shops.
  4. Section 144 imposed to control the situation.
  5. All political parties except Congress gave clear assurance for formation of Telangana state.
  6. TRS calls for 48 hours bandh starting tonight.
  7. All regional telugu channels like TV9, NTV, HMTV, Inews, ETV giving each and every updates to the people of Telangana.
  8. OU and kakatiya university students increases the intensity of the agitation.
  9. National media channels like IBN Live , NDTV , TIMES NOW, STAR NEWS are not focusing on the news from south Indian news as usual.
  10. All shops in Abids , kothi and basheerbagh closed fearing attacks.
  11. Huge lines were witnessed across petrol pumps prior to bandh.

AP CM YSR GOES MISSING

Andhra pradesh chief minister went missing since 09:35 am , he was travelling in a helicopter along with 5 more people. The Chief Minister Dr. YSR took off at 8.30 am from Hyderabad and headed to Chittoor for an official function and was scheduled to land at 10.45 am. It has been raining very heavily in Andhra Pradesh since few days. All the people from andhra pradesh are glued to local telugu news channels like TV9 , sakshi, TV5, ETV and national news channels like NDTV , IBN and others. Rajshekhar reddy according to unconfirmed reports is missing in dense forests of chitoor and areas of nallamala forest. Army helicopters and jets have rushed in to carry on the rescue operations through out night. People have started gathering outside secreteriat to get some news about YSR.

According to the latest media reports, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy is still untraceable as on 22:55 IST.

Prime minister Manmohan Singh has expressed concern over missing helicopter and is closing watching the updates. Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister K Rosaiah said that there has been no information of the Bell 430 helicopter having landed anywhere in the forests while addressing a press conference in Hyderabad some time back.
