But usually such events have restrictions for STAGS and are meant only for couples or even if they are open for stags they come with a high price tag. Hyderabad's New Airport Updates

The new hyderabad airport situated at shamshabad is all set to begin its operations from 16th march 2008 . The new hot issue that's making headlines is whether to shut down the begumpet airport or continue its operations along with the new airport at shamshabad , while legally having other airport operational airport other than one at shamshabad is not possible as government has already committed with GMR group that begumpet airport will be closed .

But to counter this PIL is filled in high court of andhra pradesh and the judgment is expected soon . The other problem is related to the employees of this old airports , they along with the employees of all airports across India are going on an indefinite strike from 12 th march 2008 . This tussle between the employees of the Airport Authority of India and the Civil Aviation Ministry on the closure of the Hyderabad and Bangalore airports is now threatening to impact air operations across the country. So if your are taking flight out from any airport across India , be prepared for significant delays.

Well government should not back off due to this strikes as city of Hyderabad has reached the maximum permissible traffic limits . This airport will help in clearing off the traffic menace to a great extend as the traffic gets diverted out of the city towards shamshabad .

Hyderabad roads : Banjara Hills

Isn't this picture portrays HYDERABAD roads image as clean , Green and traffic friendly .....lolz....... well don't ask about the rest of the city . Well I have taken this snap when i was waiting for a friend ( GUY ) at Banjara Hills locality , huh waiting is a really pain . I wish all the roads of Hyderabad were so user friendly , hopefully we will get to see some improvement in traffic conditions when outer ring road (ORR ) leading to the new Hyderabad airport at shamshabad is completely functional which is expected from 16 March 2008.

Taj Mahal : Numero uno

Finally our efforts have paid and Taj Mahal is the first wonder among the new seven wonders of the world . In a lavish ceremony held at Lisbon , Taj mahal was declared the unopposed winner .

Bipasha Basu , the famous bollywood actress , was the person who declared the result and the trophy was handed to the Mayor of AGRA stating TAJ MAHAL won .

I thank one and all who took active participation to make our national heritage to be included in the new seven wonders list .

Taj Mahal , a place your must visit ................ its simple fabulous , people who visit there cant resist appreciating its architecture and beauty .

Taj mahal an eternal monument of LOVE of an emperor for his wife .

Brief history about TAJ MAHAL :

In 1612, Arjumand Banu Begam, a Muslim Persian princess better known by her other name, Mumtaz Mahal was married to Shah Jahan (then Prince Khurram), the fifth Mughal emperor. Mumtaz was the emperor's second wife .

Mumtaz bore 14 children, and when she died during childbirth in 1631, Shah Jahan was so heartbroken then Shah Jahan decided to immortalize the memory of his beloved wife by building the finest monument ever - a monument of eternal love. Herein lies the genesis of the Taj Mahal. The construction documents show that its master architect was Ustad Ahmed Lahori, the renowned Islamic architect of his time.Construction began in 1631, and over 20,000 workmen and master craftsmen worked laboriously for 22 years to give shape to the emperor's passionate dream!
